By accessing Earnings Compass ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Not investment advice
Earnings Compass is a research and information tool. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor. All trading decisions are your own. Past performance does not predict future results. Trading equities and options carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital.
3. Data accuracy
Earnings dates, EPS estimates, and price data come from third parties (Finnhub, SEC EDGAR). We make best efforts but do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Verify critical information against primary sources (company IR pages, SEC filings) before trading.
4. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person. No automated scraping or resale of data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-abuse the Service.
- Resell data from the Service or build a competing product on top of it.
- Distribute alerts or AI outputs as if they were proprietary signals.
6. Paid plans
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of first purchase for any reason.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, code, design, and AI-generated summaries, is owned by Earnings Compass. Market data belongs to its respective providers. You may use the Service for personal trading research.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnings Compass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can terminate by deleting your account.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes resolve in Delaware state or federal court.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
